we understand and respect the sensitive nature of the artistic process, particularly when creating erotic artwork. Your privacy and the confidentiality of your requests and reference materials are of the utmost importance to us. Please find below our commitment to safeguarding your information:

1. Discretion and Confidentiality:

   • I assure you that all information provided by you, including your commission details and any reference material, will be treated with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

2. Secure Handling:

   • Your requests and any associated files or images will be securely stored and accessible only to the artist directly involved in your commission.

3. Studio Environment:

   • My studio operates in a private and controlled environment. Only authorized personnel have access to client information, ensuring that your details remain confidential throughout the creative process.

4. Limited Access:

   • Your information will only be shared with individuals directly involved in the creation of your commissioned artwork. We do not disclose client details to third parties without explicit consent.

5. Data Retention:

   • Once your commission is completed to your satisfaction, any reference materials or personal information provided will be securely archived and kept for a limited time, after which it will be permanently deleted.

6. Communication Security:

   • Any communication between us, including emails and messages, will be handled with encrypted communication channels to further ensure the security of your information.

7. No Public Display without Consent:

   • We will not publicly display or share any commissioned artwork without your explicit consent. Your privacy is paramount, and we respect your right to control the visibility of your commissioned piece.

Terms and Conditions for Commissioned Artwork

Terms and Conditions for Commissioned Artwork:

1. Payment Structure:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the commencement of the commission.

• The remaining 50% is due when the artwork reaches 75% completion.

2. Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfer to a Rwandan International Bank (No fees charged; payments in USD).

• Worldlimit (High fees) with the option to send to MTN Mobile Money for local Rwandan payments.

3. Ownership and Rights:

• Upon full payment, the client obtains full ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork, including the option to produce art prints (hardcopies).

4. No Refunds:

• There are no refunds. In the event that the client is unable to complete the full payment, ownership and rights to the artwork will not be transferred.

5. Completion and Delivery:

• The artist reserves the right to withhold delivery or completion of the artwork until full payment is received after notifying the client of the outstanding balance.

6. Communication:

• The client agrees to maintain open communication regarding the progress of the commission and promptly respond to any payment-related queries.

7. Revisions:

• Minor revisions are included during the creation process. Major changes requested after the artwork is 75% complete may be subject to additional charges.

8. Confidentiality:

• The artist ensures the confidentiality and privacy of any sensitive details provided by the client, including reference materials.

9. Timeline:

• The artist will provide an estimated timeline for completion. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but the client will be kept informed.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment:

• By proceeding with the commission, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
